Bradley named General Manager of Farmers Union Service Association
Kyle Bradley has been appointed as General Manager of Farmers Union Service Association (FUSA) by the Rocky Mountain Farmers Union board of directors. He will succeed Beckie Harkey, who will retire at the end of the year. Bradley has been FUSA’s production manager for the last two years.
“Bradley will use his experience and vision to continue strengthening FUSA’s reputation as a leading insurance company in our region,” says Jan Kochis, who chairs the Rocky Mountain Farmers Union (RMFU) board of directors. “We are happy to have someone with such a strong working knowledge of our region to step into this leadership position. It will make for a seamless transition.”
“I’ve known Kyle for years. This move is good for our agents, our insurance company, and our farm organization,” adds Kent Peppler, president of RMFU.
Bradley graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in business administration. He opened his own FUSA agency following graduation and subsequently took on more responsibilities. He holds a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation and was the 2010 RMFU Agent of the Year.
“My experience in starting an agency from scratch and growing it over the years gives me a good understanding of what our company needs in terms of products and training. I also know that the FUSA accountants, managers, and staff in our home office are well positioned to keep our company moving forward and will provide our policyholders with reliable products offered through knowledgeable agents.”

FUSA was established in 1951 with an emphasis on having agents living in the hometown communities they serve. FUSA provides risk management products to protect farms, homes, businesses, and autos, along with health insurance. Rocky Mountain Farmers Union was organized in 1907. As a general farm organization, RMFU works for farmers, ranchers, and rural communities. The organization’s 22,000 members live in Colorado, New Mexico, and Wyoming.
