SB-96 Composition of the Ag Commission (Isgar/Curry)

  • Background: Changes the composition of the state agricultural commission (commission). Requires that the governor appoint one member from each agricultural district and 5 members from the state at large. Preserves diversity in political party affiliation of the members of the commission.
